Weight Loss Hypnotherapy

At Ten Trees Therapies I offer weight loss clients a personally tailored program of weight loss sessions that are completely client focused, based on the client's individual circumstances, health considerations and desired goals. Clients are offered the opportunity to address their weight issue from a therapy based perspective, exploring the emotional  reasons behind their weight gain and why their body has needed to hold onto emotional weight. Alternatively I offer a  purely hypnosis based weigh loss program which uses only hypnotic suggestion without exploring any deeper issues related to the clients weight. Lose Your Emotional Weight

How many times have you been on a diet and restricted your food intake to lose weight, only to find that eventually the weight goes back on and sometimes more?
 
This is a common scenario for many people trying to lose weight by just reducing their food intake using sheer willpower, until a part of them gives up and the old ways of eating return. This is why so many diets ultimately fail, the whole weight issue is not being addressed. Body weight and why we put on weight is a complex issue, with  different levels of complexity depending on each individuals circumstances. A huge part of many peoples weight problems is linked to “Emotional Hunger” Many of us eat for reasons other than physical hunger, sometimes these reasons are known to us at a conscious level, other times the emotional reasons may be suppressed and at the unconscious level. You may be eating due to sadness, stress, loneliness or when you feel anger or frustration. Maybe eating is providing the love or comfort you need or blocking guilt or shame or numbing pain. There are so many reasons why we may be emotionally eating. Being able to go to the source of emotional eating and addressing the issue is the first step to releasing your emotional body weight and achieving the permanent slimmer and healthier body you desire.

If your motivated to let go of emotional weight then a therapy based group of sessions is the best method to use. I recommend a course of at least 6 sessions, with the first two sessions being used just to locate and address the primary source of your emotional eating. I use advanced hypnotherapy techniques to do this such as Parts Therapy, and Regression Therapy.  Using these techniques allows a release and transformation of the source issue which leads to your mind finally giving permission for you to let go of the emotional weight once and for all. The remaining sessions are used to reprogram the subconscious mind using hypnotic suggestions based on the eating changes that are personally required for you to  lose unwanted body weight.


Hypnotic Suggestion Weight Loss

Clients who do not have emotional eating issues or may not want to address those issues at this time are offered a personally tailored program of weight loss sessions using hypnotherapy to reprogram the subconscious mind. The hypnotic suggestions are  based on the changes required for the client to lose their unwanted body weight. An initial consultation provides all the relevant details to build a customised group of sessions that address the specific changes the client wishes to achieve in relation to their new eating habits. I recommend that clients using this method undertake a minimum of 4 sessions.
